The correct way to create this command is to use the function:

GKCommand * createNewCmd( GKType * type ) const;

from the GKModel class.

GKCommandReport * addCommand( GKCommand * aCommand );

from the GKCommander class.

Sets the parent layer of layer to be created. If the parent layer is None, the new layer will be created as a top layer.
